Well it is only 46 days to go now. We have been talking about and planning (well Neil has been planning) since 2010, can't believe it is so close. We are busy walking to ensure that we can cope with the Camino.
I thought I would explain a bit about who we are.
Neil has just turned 77 and is a retired teacher starting out in primary school in NSW and then on to Physical Education in Queensland High Schools, bit of time at UQ and then his last 30 years in Mackay at Mackay North High School.
Michele is 21 (plus some days) and has had a very varied work life moving across many industries including Local Government, Police, legal, senior admin, hospitality, club management, and not for profit sector. Of course once we return from SKIing I will need many jobs.
We have both been involved in the community and sporting organisations all of our lives and are really looking forward to getting to know the people of Europe and the UK.
We are hoping to house sit in UK in July & August and late September and first half of October - let us know if you hear of anything.
